This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years.
