This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

  The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years.   The hotel is very nice. Breakfast so good. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is near to many shopping malls and beach area.
