This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

  The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years.
