  1) When you reach the hotel, you can leave the car for a Valet parking. This service is excellent. 2) Swimming pool for adults and kids are good. Sauna & steam bath is also available. 3) Bed, Pillow, Cooling are gr8 4) Breakfast is in the top floor with view outside which is quite enjoyable unlike the typical closed restaurants. 5) Danube sup... vad folk säger » ermarket is near by for any purchase (500 meters) 6) Quite close to the corniche 7) Less crowded surroundings 8) Jumah Masjid just 300 meters away 9) - This is the 2nd time Im staying in Mercure. This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

  This is the second time we stay here. The room is very nice, clean and comfort. Late check out is also available and the staff is really good, friendly and helpful. The spa, pools and gym are nice and clean as well. Everything is two thumbs up. we highly recommended other people to come and stay here.   The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival.
