  Hotel is in a walking distance to Haram mosque. The room is suitable for family and has quit air conditioning. The breakfast arrangement was a bit strange, they have separate section for people from iran and another section for malasia, we were sent to a seprate area for arab.I Think this because there is different buffet for different taste. Finally, all the members of staff were friendly and helpful. - Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price, which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.
