This was the second time I have been to Sufra Al Huda. This time I felt even better than before. First off the price was the best available. Location is very close to Haram. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All facilities available and work. Staff was nice and friendly, and some of them really showed extra care and concern for guests even when they could afford not to do so. Breakfast wise nice and plenty and sitting space was not a problem. Staff at the reception was very nice and also di.
所有评语 » I recommend each and every one to choose this hotel .The first and formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi. Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant. At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from different part of the world and the medium of communication would be English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for your assistance. Travelling to Medina is nothing but a Journey of Love. Our trip could not have been better without the stay at Sofaara Al Huda Hotel. First and foremost, its close proximity to the Masjid Al Nawabi is the best that can happen to a foreign traveller. Other than this, the Hotel offers a very good service at every department. A special mention has to be given for the Hotel Staff Mr. Mohideen and Mr. Samir, for their support. Keep up the good work guys!!! You all must be blessed to be working in Me. Excellent service from the moment i arrived. Check took a few minutes, room was really nice and clean, my daughter who is three noticed a broken lamp cover on the side of the wall! Before i had a chance to call maintenance there was a knock on the door and the maintenance guy had a replacement cover wow! The selection of breakfast food was very good, and there was plenty of seating area for the family, nice corner room for ladies who wear niqaab. Will use this hotel again InshaAllah. The staff were excellent, very helpful and they allowed us to check out two hrs late at no extra cost. I am totally happy and satisfied with my stay there and I can say the service is 5 stars though the hotel is 4 stars.. I stayed at 5 stars hotel at both Makkah and Medinah but they were not as good as this hotel in many aspects including the cleanness and space of the room. Would definitely consider staying at Sofraa Alhuda again in the future. This is excellent facility very close to haram. I must say they have very friendly staff and rooms were clean. They have excellent buffet style breakfast . I would recommend to stay in this hotel next time when they visit Madinah. This is superb facilty and the amount you pay for night really worth the facility to stay. Lastly Mr Fawoud the Executive Manager is very nice and willing to accomodate any request you have.From time of arrival to departure staff were helpfull , friendly and always smiling :) ..... will definetley return Insha Allah ameen .... Hotel is situated near Prophets Musjid , near Taiba Mall and Bin Dawood Mall ,no shortage of take aways , also Mazaaiya Mall just down King Fahaad Street , no charge to Mall and back as for Mall pays taxi to and from .... Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder .... " MADINA ". - Staff was very friendly. I would like to specially thank Mr. Sameer and Mr. Fouad for helping me out in getting the parking. - Its just 2 minutes walking distance from Haram. - I asked for the extra bed and they upgraded me to Junior Suit. - I stayed in Intercontinental last time and their room service was pathetic, whereas i got a very quick response for all request during my stay at Sofara. I have never stayed in any hotel in Medina that has so much spacious rooms or bathrooms. There was easily enough space for a toddler's cot and stroller and we could still easily move around in the room. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. The variety was superb. The location of the hotel is excellent, very near to masjid e nabvi. The quadruple room was spacious, neat ,tidy ,room service was just one call away. The washroom was clean and satisfactory like in good hotels. The staff was friendly especially the indian / pakistani fellow at counter and cleaning staff would inquire for our needs during this 2 day stay. Near to haram behind madinah hilton hotel. Our stay was very pleasant - it is an amazing hotel. It's very close to the haram - especially the ladies entrance. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there are different menus for each day. The rooms are very spacius, clean and well- maintained. We had a wonderful time at this hotel - would like to visit again. - Staff is courteous and helpful. - Rooms were, for the most part, clean. - Breakfast, although busy, was nice. - Of course, close to the haram. - Best of all was a STRONG, working AC! (many other expensive hotels simply have poor ACs that barely work). We had the room at a brisky 19 degrees and it was great. This hotel is a the best value for money. It is not a high standard but clean place. Staff is helpful. The walk is very slightly more compared to Dallah Taiba for instance for women than men but managable unless somebody has walking issue. I will suggest it for limited budget people with reasonable quality. This was my 2nd stay at Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and well managed. The location is good being 5 minutes walk from Masjid-e-Nabvi. Staff was friendly. I had swift check-in and out. Room rate was attractive keeping in view Ramadan influx / high season. Free underground car parking is an added facility. Room was nice and spacious. Checking-in was not a problem at all. Breakfast had many choices every day. Toilet was also nice and spacious. Location was close enough to haram, not more than a 5-7 minute walk except men's entrance was closer than women'S. Room service was awesome. Enjoyed good food. It was our second stay at Sofaraa in three months and I'm happy I booked this hotel again. To our pleasant surprise we were upgraded to Executive Suite which was amazing. Overall, we had an extremely satisfying stay. I'll definitely go back to Sofaraa on my next trip to Madinah Insha Allah. I found the hotel perfect for famly visiting Medina. I will book in the same hotel in my next trip. The frony disk staff were very helpful. The staff of the hotel are highly profissional, they left me a printed note as letsbookhotel.com customer. I strongly recommend this hotel. Location is very near to Prophet's Mosque (5 mins walking). House keeping is excellent. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking facilities is very convenient especially in Madinah. Free WiFi is a good gesture from the hotel. The front desk spoke english and was always courteous. Proximity to the masjid is great.(less than 5 mins) Hotel has multiple entrances, and takes away from the actual luxurious feel of the hotel. Breakfast was great and service as such was very efficient. Just Great Location near prophet mosque, everything went smoothly; check in took a minute, friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. Light control just beside the bed, Minibar and Kettle was available with complimentary 2 bottles of water and tea bags. Plus customer service in which I would say I havnt experience such throughout my 8 years of residence in the kingdom. This is my first choice of stay going forward. Comfortable and spacious room (with kettle!); good shower in bathroom; location very close to mosque (although across two fairly busy roads); breakfast perfectly reasonable (perhaps has improved since some of the other reviews on this site?). The staff was very friendly and the facilities showed a lot of common sense. The room had everything that you could need after a long drive. Moreover it was not too far from the Prophet's Mosque. I liked the fact that they called me to confirm my booking as a late arrival. Other things to mention, the hotel is clean and quite. the beds are comfortable with excellent air-conditioning. Reception staff were friendly. Of course, being able to speak arabic in the local dialect helps, however, they were friendly, smiling and responded quickly. Laundry prices were excellent. Very close to Harram. Wifi are available in the room Cleaning service was always ready My two kids were happy with two televisions available, so they are not fighting to watching it. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the Prophet's mosque. I checked in early (around 12 midday) and the reception staff managed to find a room. Good value for money. The hotel is well located. They had my booking available even though I booked the night before. The desk personnel were very considerate. Definitely will be back. Wi Fi worked well. The Front Desk manager Mr. Samir is excellent. he is always willing to help and assures of a smooth check-in. The closeness to the haram is great which save a lot of time. Staff attitude...especially considering the rush of Juma Prayers ...is very supportive and friendly... Hotel is also well maintained and clean. Very close to Haram. Nothing much to be said about in this box. Upon arrival and during check in was informed that the suit I booked is not available, and they changed my room to a quadruple room which I didn't accept. But they resolved the issue quickly and asked us to wait just for 15 minutes during which they offered complementary drinks. - Nothing. Reaching the hotel in rush hours can be a bit of a hassle. The parking space was very limited around the hotel. They had private parking but since it was ramadan it was already full. We asked for cleaning of the room and the house keeping guy agreed to send someone but nobody came. We had to leave the next day so we didn't bother to push. There was no wi fi in room or floor as written in their receipt for booking. The elevators were little slow during prayer timings. Breakfast items were ok. The laundry facilities were too expensive. It would've have been better if there was a microwave and iron. - The beds are downright aweful...very very very hard. Honestly difficult to even sleep with the hard bed. wash room fittings require uplift / minor replacments. The toilet sink had water drainage issues which did not get resolve through out our stay of 4 days. Shower was positioned in such a direction that it was spilling water all over the toilet floor despite keeping the shower door closed. Otherwise everything else was just great !. The internet was not working. Several times we called the operator, house keeping service, or reception on the phone but no one picked up the line. - Staff at the restaurant was outright racist. My wife has a clearly south asian look, and was discriminated against in the restaurant. She will be served later than other folks despite being ahead in line. I requested to use the microwave, and front desk pointed me to the restaurant, where again the staff where rudely told me to check the rules as it costs 5sar for a one time microwave use. The way I was told off was very disheartening. Due to some level difference there were some steps you have to pass from the reception to the elevator lobby, it was a bit annoying. There was a strange smell coming from the wc. Room service didn't clean the room in the two days staying which is weird. Their is nothing I would I didnt like it. Infact their service surpasses my expectations or anyone of them. Check-in took more than 30 minutes. Allow plenty of time for getting up and down in the lift (there are four) - the hotel could be busier than when we stayed, and the longest we had to wait for a lift was 10 minutes... And that was not at a prayer time!. Cleanliness can be improved, specially carpet rug need washing or to be removed. I booked room for 4 adults but tea /coffee making stuff was provided for only 2 persons, when I requested house keeping person to provide for four he refused and said as per hotel management order we only provide two for each room. I did not ask duty manager for pity thing and bought tea and milk from market. We arrived to Madina at 12 pm and faced a delay in getting checked in. We had to wait till 5 pm to get our booked room. However we spent the time in the grand mosque so that was great, but the kids got tired. Breakfast selection was surprisingly scant. Expected better food from a hotel that is otherwise top-notch. Elevators are slow during prayer times. Nothing much, except my reserved suit was having a problem ( without informing me before coming) but then I was upgraded to 2 adjacent rooms without extra charge,. The breakfast quality could be a little better, the bread was often dry, although the breakfast facilities and amount of choice was great. Bathroom sink and bathtub was slightly dirty. More variety of breakfast needed. Dreadfully boring. The breakfast buffet could be better. Getting to the hotel by car is hectic. The hotel didn't have any parking, so park at the Haram. There are no major negative factors. Parking is sometime a little difficult. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety ...maybe an omelette station?. very micro type insects in bath rooms. The only thing we complained about was the old & worn out bedding. They need to have white & crisp bedding every time. It seems they have not changed their bedding for years & years. Please change your bedding quite often as they get washed on regular basis & material gets worn out. Parking facilities are a bit cumbersome. Locating the hotel is a task. We noticed at breakfast time that it was a little overcrowded. It was first time since we have been using this hotel for many years that we had to wait a little bit otherwise we never faced any problem. pressure of toilet flush is very low. Nothing. Housekeeping didn't respond on phone as we wanted to ask for iron and iron board. Elevators get too busy and thus very slow during prayer times. finding the hotel for the first time - no internet in the room. 1. co-ordinates given in travelling instructions were upto six digit decimals. while most of the navigation systems( one in my car also) gives map upto 8 digit decimal. 2. Hotel name is not displayed prominently, so both points mentioned above made it difficult for me to reach to the hotel due to lot of construction works on road in and around "haram square". Only Wifi is poor... Location is ina street , a bit hard to trace when u reach there as it is located in a small street. Whilst the variety of the breakfast was good it catered for the Arabic community, the hotel must be aware that European pilgrims also visit the Haram.
