I loved the customer service! Dianne dd not treat us with animosity as we were delayed in arriving our first night. She welcomed us with a smile and helpful information for our tour at Milford Sound early the next morning. She provided us with other advice around town a well. I must note that I left my purse there at checkout and went on to Queenstown. Dianne went above and beyond to coordinate getting my purse back to me. She did not have to at all, but she did!!! That was absolutely excellent.
所有评语 » The staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, warm, and informative. The room was so comfortable and had so many amenities - microwave, French press, fresh milk, refrigerator, teas, coffees! We arrived so late and we were so tired and it was so nice to have such a lovely room in which to stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!!. Staff could not do enough for you. From a customer service perspective A1 ... assistance and organising the Milford Sound cruise for us. Was very clean spacious and well located within Te Anau. Leisurely 5 minute walk to the main street where there was a range of options for dinner. Lakefront Lodge was lovely. The spa tub and heated towel racks were fantastic, especially after a chilly day out on the water. The outdoor patio area and proximity to the lake were also huge benefits - we looked forward to eating outside on our picnic table every day. The lady at the lodge was really helpful and committed. E.G. we forgot our mobile phone when we checked out.. So she drove about town looking for us. The location is great across from the river, had fun feeding the ducks. We'lll definately come back again. We were only at lakefront lodge for one night, but our short experience was very pleasant. The lady that helped with checking in was very helpful. The room was spotless and we had a great view of the lake! We wish we had more time to stay. We had four adults in a One Bedroom for a overnight stay. It was clean, newly renovated, fairly roomy and very close to the main street. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice partial view of the lake and very handy to it. A comfortable unit with a lovely spa bath to finish off the day. Would definitely book again. The welcome was so friendly and accommodating. We were a large group and nothing was too much trouble. Beds sooo comfortable and spa baths after tramping trip were fantastic. Very good location right in front of the lake Te Anau . Good place to stay for a few days to discover Milford Sound and surrondings. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Proximity to dining and other services, all within walking distance. Also the helpful owner - she took time to tell us about the area and help us decide what to do. The manager was very helpful to us. It was good to be able to use the laundry but it was fairly expensive and was in high demand. The motel was very well located. *All facilities extremely good *Could prepare food in room with ease. *Generous room size. *Really comfortable. *Outstandingly friendly and helpful proprietor. *Lots of good features listed for our stay the previous night. (Refer to that already posted.) We gladly stayed there a second day. Excellent. The warmth of the reception and the room plus the well provided kitchen and the top quality of the washing and drying facilities. Taking into consideration of all the above factors, made the trip so much easier and convenient. Five star hospitality and comfort. great location and spacious accommodations. The owner was so helpful in transporting our luggage to the bus depot upon checkout. The attention to detail is excellent. This is a first class motel in a great location. We will be back. Nothing at all for the hotel. We only feel sorry for the owners because we could hear the chinese all pilling in at midnight using all the hot water then leaving at the crack of dawn before the office opens. There would have been more then 6 people per room/family. So hotel owners, please beware... We've noticed some guests at your place disrespect the accomodation. (As we were woken up at odd hours listening to them). Everything was great! No complaints!!. Nothing at all. Unfortunately there was a very noisy group of tourists in the next unit on the first night who seemed oblivious to the fact that there were others around them trying to sleep. The second night was very peaceful with them gone. couldn't fault it!. Nothing to not like. In our SPA bath only two nozzles were working. The rooms are looking at the side street and not at the lake itself. Not very convinient for families with small children as they are tending to run out and road is right in front of the glass doors access. On top of that there is no privacy unless you will close the curtains firmly. It could be better to have parking slots located on the road side and private exits on the internal yard... The large and wide window out onto the footpath and street left one feeling rather exposed. Nothing. Nothing. A little bit of a walk from the town centre, and no taxis (luggage). nothing. Shower room should be concealed. Water all over the toilet. Anyway was very clean. I enjoyed everything. Rooms get very hot in the afternoon even when blinds are kept closed & it was early November when we were there. The heater on the wall was not child friendly, we had to try to keep my daughter away from it. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. No points of note. Intermittent wi-fi. Room did not look onto lake. Bit cramped for the price paid. 1. I could not cook foods, just warm it by microwave. 2. Room charges has more expensive , not worth. Picture and name suggest lake views it was disappointing to find all rooms face a side street.
