We shared a two bedroom unit with friends on our way to Milford Sound. We arrived well before book in time and asked owner to store our luggage so we did not have to take it with us to Milford. He obliged which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and unit with small kitchen well equipped. Bathroom modern and very clean. Property is set back one street from the lake and is about 10 - 15 minute walk into town. We ate at the Pub on the lake front. Good reasonably priced food and ver.
所有评语 » I asked on how to use the BBQ facilities and detail advice was given by staff I the front desk, then the staff called to my room to confirm if everything is OK with my BBQ dinner The room was serviced everyday even include washing used dishes and kitchen utensils. I found other motels which charge much higher in Queenstown do not provide such service. - Quiet area, good soundproof number 8 room, bright daylight anytime of the day. Can reach any part of Te Anau on your own little feet. - Very comfortable, E-VE-RY-Thing a simple traveller may need is here : so comfortable bed, complete kitchen with cooker - Spa lovers welcome, private little terrace to the back, unlimited internet for 2 devices. In my business I have stayed in many motels throughout New Zealand, Anchorage has been the best so far. Facilities 10 out of 10. Staff 10/10. These guys go that extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay in comfortable surrounding with lots of extras thrown in, towels and rooms heated on arrival, Barbeque, wifi etc...... The proximity to Lake Te Anau and local shops. The safe location for overnight parking of car (while on trip). Helpful advice from proprietor. Table and chairs available outside unit. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near the lake and walking distance into town. It had a clean, comfortable room with free limited WiFi access. The kitchen supplies were clean and useful. The office staff was very friendly and gave suggestion on what to see and where to go in town. Anchorage Apartments were very comfortable with all that we needed for a relaxing stay. We could walk to Lake Te Anau, to the Wildlife Centre and to the shopping area. It was also the pick up point to go to Milford Sound, an absolute highlight of our holiday. The room we stayed in was great, two bedrooms, both with tv, great little modern kitchen, bathroom was fantastic with all modern fittings and the room was clean, neat and tidy. Out of nine motels we stayed in throughout NZ, this was my favourite. Heated floor tiles and towel rail.very warm and quiet due to double glazed windows. Free Wi-Fi. Clean.Toilet air freshener. Parking at door. This was our best accommodation for facilities and value for money on our 10 day trip to New Zealand. Location - close to everything The rooms were kept neat, tidy & clean The PayTV channels were great, my boys were impressed with the free unlimited wifi!! Emily from the office was a great help. We booked the 3 bedroom house and it was perfect for our family. Good value, spacious, very warm, and modern kitchen and bathroom. Only a short walk to the lake front as well. It was very comfortable, clean and met all of our needs. It didn't exceed our expectations but it certainly didn't disappoint us either. We would be happy to return here. The motel units are modern and clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were very happy with our stay at this motel and the free internet was a real bonus. The hotel owner was extremely helpful and advised us on road closures and rebooked our Milford Sound cruise for us. Great base for exploring the Milford Sound area. The clean fresh unit, the private courtyard at the rear of our unit was lovely. Our stay was most relaxing and enjoyable with everything we needed in the unit. The hosts try to think of every detail, even had mini book exchange, dvds and magazines to borrow. BBQs in some courtyards and good one in common area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, loved the free WiFi , but asking for donation to local wildlife causes..loads of local information available. - Free unlimited wi-fi - friendly and helpful staff - very clean - well-equipped kitchenette - excellent walk-in shower - satellite TV - very quiet. We stayed here before. It is good value, comfortable room and beds and handy for what we do, which is tramping. Good service. We''ll come again. We had a perfect experience At this hotel. Customer service was phenomenal. There is a laundry on site and laundry detergent is provided free. It provided all the facilities including cooking that we needed. It was warm and the bed was comfortable and the price was good for what we got. Centrally located and easy to find on our travels. It is the responsibility of the guests to clean the kitchen utentils, which was obviously not done by the former guests, but maybe motel should check that. Bed & couch were not that comfortable and were a definite downside. Staff could have been more outgoing. Absolutely nothing!. Car park very tight, but other wouldn't complain about anything. Nothing.
