  This is a very well run, comfortable motel with facilities more modern than most NZ motels I have been to. Management are very helpful with ideas for visiting the area and will book trips such as walks on the glaciers.   The staff/owner was the nicest lady we met on our entire trip. When she found out it was our honeymoon she put us in the nicest chalet away from everyone, with the best view of the mountains. She also called into the restaurant we were going to and bought us dessert!
