  From the moment we booked the Aalton Motel the owners were excellent. We received a thank email within couple of days of making initial booking. We were only staying in Christchurch for one night. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Christchurch - We liked the spaciousness of unit, cleanliness, and how it was so well kitted out. Beds were firm and comfortable. Pleasant decor. Quiet surroundings despite being on main road. Location to park, shops. Pool great when really hot, probably too cold for most tho! Shower easy to use and very good water pressure. Extra tv bedroom suited us as daughter watched disney on lounge tv. We would come back. Thanks

  Brian was a good host and funny! very responsive and the room we stayed was fantastic! i surely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in central CHCH - Very clean and good. The location is close to shops and restaurants. Really had a great time.
