-Great location by the lake -most convenient if participating in water
activities & events -able to view fireworks display from the comfort
of my room -staffs were friendly & obliging (Syed of security, Farah
of customer service) -plenty of plug points in the room -plenty of
storage spaces in the room -lovely designs of hotel's buildings

and corners for hanging out -facilties and cleanliness still in very

The hotel staff were amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.
