  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. I had water leaking infront of the toilet and as soon as I informed the Manager on Duty, this problem was immediately attended to and within fifteen minutes the problem resolved. Fantastic.   Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  I stayed here when I had a sportive event which was held nearby. Didn't expect such a quaint cafe in a hotel like this. Ladies at the reception were very helpful in giving out directions to places of visit.

Best landmark to know you are at the right place would be either Lucky Hotel, Jalan CM Yusoff, or most accurate, it is at the shop lot across Kim Bali. We've got the Olive Room, which is facing the back of the shop lot that might be a bit quieter - Convenient location about 8-10mins walk to coach pick up/drop off area along Jalan Bendahara (Sri Maju, Grassland, Super Nice, Five Star Tours coach). 10-20mins walk to most popular eateries (Lou Wong - 10mins walk, Ming Court and Tong Shui Gai - 15 to 20mins walk). Apartment was clean and large (corner unit), with comfortable bed.
