Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  Staff was well trained and good english speaking staff. Liked the location of the hotel as it was located outside the city. Good place to stay for honeymoon. Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. But actually I wanted to... 别人怎么说 » stay in Putarjaya. Once I came home only I realized due to some reason my cancellation for KL hasn't been gone through the system. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.
