  Green, well maintained territory. My small separate house called 'villa' was 10 mt from the sea. Good room cleaning. Travel agency on site, helping to arrange tours. Lifeguar - Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

The room can only be booked directly with hotel but i need to pay full amount of deposit into bank account when making reservation for the said room. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest. Excellent value for money.   The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well.   Beautifully appointed room, in a very serene setting. The fabulous pool with perfect temperature and gorgeous view is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon.   A very nice receptionist/customer service, offered us a better room at the beach side even if it was only for 2 nights. A very helpful person. We enjoyed staying at Malibest Resort. - Good location, Convenience, near to beach, shops and restaurants.

  The most significant aspect of this enjoyable stay was the service experience provided by the staff. A friendly, welcoming and engaging team of people. From reception to housekeeping, they were all committed to provide care and assitance as well as timely response to any type of demand. We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. The staff were very helpful, especially Wanie, she helped us with everyday queries. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular. The room was large and spacious, with daily complimentary water, tea,coffee. Breakfast was sufficient but sometimes came in cold as it is not prepared on

Location : good (2 minutes can reach beach with car) - We stayed in Junior Suite. Room #117. Room was very spacious. Clean. Modern. Able to check in earlier at 12.30 noon with no surcharge. The bed is pretty comfortable. Tiled-floor. Food was descent even though the choices were limited. Note : Swimming looks clean on the 2nd day of our stay. which is on Tuesday. I believe they clean it up on every Tuesday morning.
