The most significant aspect of this enjoyable stay was the service experience provided by the staff. A friendly, welcoming and engaging team of people. From reception to housekeeping, they were all committed to provide care and assitance as well as timely response to any type of demand. The location is not so close from the beach but they have a shuttle service that takes you there within 5 min and else it is incredibly cheap and fast to get a taxi ride. We really had a great time and I definit.
所有评语 » A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. The staff were very helpful, especially Wanie, she helped us with everyday queries. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular. The room was large and spacious, with daily complimentary water, tea,coffee. Breakfast was sufficient but sometimes came in cold as it is not prepared on. very nice place with friendly staff. breakfast they bring to your room in the morning. 5 set menu's to choose from but good enough to start the day. not too many room so always nice and relaxed. 1 tip rent a scooter or small car as taxi to cenang will be 10 each way and rental is betweem 60 and 110 per dag. as you want lunch and dinner that will already be close to having a car, with scooter would be cheaper. we had a great time and would go back. Friendly and helpful staff and management. New and very clean. Comfortable bed. Well maintained gardens. Relaxing atmosphere. Good aircon plus overhead fan. Private porch with overhead fan where your breakfast is served. Car rental arranged with no fuss, this is a great way to see the island as driving here is very easy. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. The breakfast were great. You get to choose between some western choices and some Malaysian ones and its delivered to your room. The staffs were really friendly and helpful with helping us pick a tour package to join. Very clean rooms. Everything was just perfect!! The only slight negative points is the distance from the see (15 min by walk) however swimming pool was just great so that we forgot the sea !! We strongly recommend this place!. It's a lovely small resort, with very professional staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. Both the room and the common areas were as clean and well maintained as it gets. Great breakfast. Great internet Wifi. While breakfast menu offered several options, but none of them were really exiting. Nothing much - we enjoyed our stay!. hotel does not have a restaurant so roomservice they order in. takes some time (food is good, its from red tomato restaurant) , and you do not want to walk to cenang so you will need a scooter, car or taxi (make sure you kniw what the taxi will charge, 12 ringit max for any cenang destination). Nothing. The pool is a bit too small. It's a 15min walk away from the beach, the road is ok by day but at night you need a taxi to get back to the resort. Taxis are cheap and plentiful anyways, so no big deal. No nearby restaurant, 15 minute walk to beach. Nothing. I have no criticism of the hotel. The breakfast eggs delivered to the room were cold. Left overs foom service food should be cleaned away more promptly. Location Small swimming pool. okay breakfast was cold like somebody else already mentioned. No ocean view and maybe too far a way to walk at town but this you all ready know so not real minus. Breakfast wasn't the best. The pool is very tiny. The hotel is far away from the beach, shops and restaurants. But it was easy to order a taxi at the reception and it was cheap. there is smell in the bathroom we already inform the staff they try to clean put some air fresher but the smell came back and we again inform the staff but same air fresher and smell back again ,far from market need a taxi or go with shuttle which is leaving the hotel 2 time only 11am and 3pm which need another at least 2 extra time at night. No shower curtains, no bar soap provided, no hairdryer, no phone, no tissue box, no chair in the room, can hear snoring from the connecting rooms next door, only one plug in the room, instant heater where it is not hot!. The way the breakfast is served is different but not great , I always had insects on my food. Not good selection for breakfast. It's a far walk to the shopping area and the beach. Cost-benefit of the hotel is very high. No face towels were available in the room, no telephone so in case of any need you should walk to the reception. Morning breakfest was served cold.
