  I liked the spacious rooms with pleasant views of the green forest and the friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager was approachable and she was very friendly. We were not charged for an extended check out as we found out when it came to settle our bill.   Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained.   Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me .
