recently..There's nothing we dont like about this hotel, our stay
was worth it..I Wish we could stay a bit longer at Horizon..The view
is breathtaking, the staff is very helpfull, we get our room (with sea
view) as per requested in the booking and they even upgrade our room
to deluxe king as i've mention in my booking that we were
travelling with our baby and it's foc..i will surely stay at this

I liked the spacious rooms with pleasant views of the green forest and the friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager was approachable and she was very friendly. Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained.

Everything was fantastic.
For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly.
The service was excellent..
We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in.
We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening.
The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault.

Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. This is a very nice business-grade hotel in KK, where it's so hard to find a clean and quiet at affordable price! Highly recommend this place. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything as expected, staff were friendly and the breakfast bar was just amazing! I wish I could eat three breakfasts, just to try everything there!

Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels.
