  The hostess Adele goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. They have free bikes for guests which is fantastic for Ferrara. Adele knows the good restuarants too.   The price/quality ratio was excellent if considering a special offer price. Normal price is too high for the hotel standard. The hotel facilities are great, the restaurant has very good level. Rooms are confortable and parking is free. Staff provided good touristic information about the surroundings area.
