I have done quite a bit of traveling, and I can say without reservation that Marco and his wife are THE most accommodating hosts: They welcomed us with wine and cheese while introducing us to tips about the city.   We were there for one night and it was an excellent hotel for that purpose as it is down the road from the airport as we were getting an early flight the next morning. Complimentary toiletries in room, air conditioning, nice little balcony. Would highly recommend it. Breakfast was also good.   The hostess Adele goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. They have free bikes for guests which is fantastic for Ferrara. Adele knows the good restuarants too. Suburb food in some hidden places. - Very warm welcome and a lot of explanations/advices to discover the city. Nice location. Well equipped and vast apartment.

  The price/quality ratio was excellent if considering a special offer price. Normal price is too high for the hotel standard. The hotel facilities are great, the restaurant has very good level. Rooms are confortable and parking is free. Staff provided good touristic information about the surroundings area.
