  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always ready with recommendations and directions for where to eat, and what to do. I was looking for laundry services, and the owner personally called up a few for me. There are also nice cafes along the street.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is short walk from train station and gets you to Bologna centre in 7 mins. Accom standard far better than comparable prices in bologna centre. I will definitely stay here next year - The staff was always willing to help and super nice.
