  Staff were polite and helpful. Cleanliness of room. Location excellent. - I had a very good stay in the Demidoff Hotel. Renovated and clean. New rooms. I was on a business trip but I would book this hotel again at any time even for my own leisure trip. Excellent quality for the price.

  Loved this hotel! Our room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. A good walk to main shopping strip. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast room is fun and quite different to other city hotels.   The reception was extremely pleasant. I booked a double room for single use (at a discounted rate) and the room was above my expectations - large, with a balcony, a big bathroom, a whole set of bathing accessories. The ceiling is v.high so the room looks very spacious and full of light. IT WAS A GREAT FINISH TO OUR HOLIDAY IN ITALY. WE ERE ABLE TO RETAIN THE SUITE TILL 1PM SO IT MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO OUR DAY AS WE WERE NOT GOING ON THE SLEEPER TO PARIS TILL 11.30PM. STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING. WE OFFERED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HALF DAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL WAS FULLY BOOKED.
