  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

  The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan.   I do not agree with any of the negative reviews on this absolutely magnificent hotel. You get what you pay for and maybe even more. The room was spacious, clean and very bright. The furniture is not the most fashionable in the world but it's a hotel you need to rest in, not have any parties nor anything. The lady at desk was very courteous. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking.
