They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The lady at desk was very courteous. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well.
