The owner was very friendly and although she doesn't speak English, we managed to understand each other! Breakfast was fantastic, with homemade pastries, croissants, brioches, yogurts, juices, ham sandwiches etc etc! Room is very spacious, bed big and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Castellina is a nice little village on the chianti road between Sienna and Florence.
The owners are very warm and looked after us very well. The breakfast is serve densities and very generous spread for 2 of us.所有 评语 »

Unfortunately, there are dogs next door that kept barking all night and kept us up. Could also hear people upstairs early in the morning.
Only possible detraction is the neighboring house: multitude a dogs barking throughout the night.
