  Room was of a good size and bed was very comfy. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us. The manager was very accomodating and considerate in permitting 3 rd memebr in our room with out extra charges. The cook Mr. Negi was very particular in helping us decide menu and he himself suggested some lovely dishes,his hot phulkas was jus excellent specially after a tiring day.

The music in - Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room. Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.
