  Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Good price too and very good hotel restaurants--one focused on great Indian food, the other served good Indian, Chinese and Western food and breakfast was go... 别人怎么说 » od too. All the hotel food was 'safe'. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Good bar with very very friendly staff. The music in - Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room. Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

  I stayed at the hotel for one night seeing the sights of Delhi. It was nice and clean, and must have recently been refurbished. Apart from being half a mile away from the Connaught place, it was fantastic. The only downside was some noise from main road traffic all night, but it added to the character.   Being a first time traveller to India on business, choosing The Royal Court Hotel - New Delhi, was the best decision I made for my trip. They picked me on time from the airport. I had booked their best rooms, The Royal Suite and paid total 25,000 inr for 2 nights there. The best was the (lovely) room. The English buffet breakfast - with very courte - Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!
