Room was of a good size and bed was very comfy. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a tough time getting to the hotel as the airport per paid taxi driver and friend tried to scam us and convince us that they 1) didn't know the area that the hotel was in. 2) we needed to go to tourist information to find out the block number 3) the area was closed due to a protest. We insisted that they take us to the hotel and finally checked in without any issues - Vir on rec.
所有评语 » The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us. Surely a budget-friendly, luxurious hotel. I would surely suggest this hotel for any. This place was a very nice surprise after many hours of flying. We arrived late but were looked after as soon as we walked through the doors. The rooms were very good, the wifi was excellent! And the restaurant was amazing! The staff here are fantastic! Whatever you need, they will try and do for you, We were even helped out with an auto rickshaw at 3am. There were no problems when we changed our trains and had to stay an extra night, we were also able to leave our bags after checkout while we . We arrived later than the latest permitted time but this was no problem to the staff. They arranged water and a beer for me and my friend after our 17 hour train journey from Varanasi. The location is great and the rooms of a quality higher than the price. The staff were excellent, headed up by the manager, Sunil. They also arranged an airport taxi and changed currency for us at a good rate. The breakfast is good too. We booked the standard room with fan in the last moment and we get really good price. Room was small but good with bed coffee table, chairs closet. All we needed was some room to put our stuff while we are gone for trip to Agra and could sleep somewhere after coming back in late night. It was really good stay, restaurant is really good and way cheaper than in another hotel in the same are we stayed before. I arrived at the hotel at 3am and they checked me in early. Super attentive staff who are eager to help you with every need. They arranged taxis for me, directions and always asked how my day was. Clean and comfy bed and bedding. Tv had more than a dozen English stations. Appreciated the wifi and mini fridge immensely. Ac was super chilly. Location is really good, near to new delhi railway station. Rooms are modern. Spacious and have a large bed, fridge and kettle. Wifi in reception is really fast. Restaraunt next to reception serves a good buffet style breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotek to anyone visiting delhi. Great service, the staff helped us very good. The food in the restaurant is delicious! It's close to the trainstation (5 min walk). Hot water in the shower. We stayed here at the start of our journey and ended here as well. I'll visit this hotel again when I'll come to India!. The location is very close to New Delhi train station. They allowed us an early check-in. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If you have any problems then contact the hotel staff and they are more than happy to resolve the problems. Excellent service provided by all hotel staff, especially Vinod, who allowed me use of the pc to book and plan my travels along letting me use his personal phone as I had water damage on mine. Very friendly staff arranged taxis for me even in the early morning. Allowed me to check in at 3am which was nice. Great location in the heart of Paharganj. Minutes by tuk tuk to metro or train station as well as Connaught Circle. I think the hotel is very good value and in a great location very close to the train station. The bathrooms were abit shabby, but not a big deal unless you are after luxury. Depending on your expeience of india, the area of old Delhi might seem abit hectic and unclean but it is what it is, just go with it. No internet in the room. Not much to be picky about to me honest. I miss not having a tub but that's India for you!. Nothing. Nothing. You get what you paid for. You cannot expect 5 star facilities from a 2 star hotel. Still they gave us 4 star services. Not necessarily want to be mentioned about, but needs to be more prompt in room service. Nothing. Highly recommended. the elevator was old.. n tv cable no signal.. n theres no chinese food.. Some amenities as shown on website were missing but that's fine with the price quoted. Drinking water was chargeable extra. No mirror in the room. People in new delhi scamming us continually. Its in old Delhi. So too much traffic near. Paharganj is noisy, but that isn't hotel's fault!. Area is crowded so it was a bit noisy. its difficult to locate for the first time but once located its a good place. Hotel is in very crowded area, however we cant blame hotel for that. nothing to dislike it was very good experience. You should request for the rooms on the back side if you dont like to noise. The cable tv is not woking properly. Staff never showed up to fix the cable so we had no TV during our four nights stay. Restaurant on its ground floor is a rip off. Neighbor was alittle scary at 1am. the room has very small windows, the area is rather noisy, breakfast is pretty average - not worth the money. Tv not working.
