  Very friendly and helpful staff, small and calm hotel in the near of Koeln Messe and -important- the Lanxess Arena. I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely.   Location good for central Neuss. Access from autobahn fairly easy. Good breakfast. No restaurant but good Greek and Italian restaurants easy walk. - Hotel was quite nice, especially sevice and breakfast was superb.
