  Very friendly and helpful staff, small and calm hotel in the near of Koeln Messe and -important- the Lanxess Arena. I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely. If you need a nice place to stay in Koeln, you should really think of Hotel Alexander!   The greeting and support from the Manageress/Owner was wonderful --she was friendly and attentive; gave great advice and information - Very quiet. The lady in charge was very helpful. The place is residential and there are enough shops within walking distance.

  The best location in Cologne! The hotel is nearly brand new and i also love the breakfast! - This is a first class hotel with good facilities. The location is great, we had a view of the cathedral from our room window. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Very nice hotel, recently renovated. We had a big room and enjoyed a lot our staying. The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice.   Location good for central Neuss. Access from autobahn fairly easy. Good breakfast. No restaurant but good Greek and Italian restaurants easy walk. - Hotel was quite nice, especially sevice and breakfast was superb.
