Very nice hotel, recently renovated. We had a big room and enjoyed a lot our staying. The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice. We got a last minute smart deal, it was very good value for money. Hotel is very modern. Rennovated a building of 100yrs old. Excellent rooms. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast i ever had. Public transportation just about 200meters away(deutz fachhochschule station) strongly recommend to all and i will definetely stay again.

Definitely put "the icing on the cake" for our stay in Cologne. Breakfast was amazing. The range of items available was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. The underground parking was practical. The room safe was large enough for a laptop. The room is really clean and smell nice. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nice staff, very cleaned rooms, nice rooms and big sauna. Not far from the center and in front of Koln arena. Room was very nice, also shower excellent. Breakfast was very good with great choice of fresh produce. hotel and room - beautifully designed, very comfortable, good location, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was ideally located for our purposes and was very smart. The breakfast was exceptional. Excellent location for concert at the Arena. Comfortable room, ample breakfast. Breakfast Bar Comfy beds Shower. It's a nice and clean hotel. Everything was great. helpfull staff. Good attitude!. Friendly staff. Everything. Good large modern room. Good bathroom. I can't afford to stay there more often & it is too far from home !!. The view from the room was disappointing. It was a view on a small inner courtyard where employees took their cigarette breaks. The bath was very high, older or smaller people would find it difficult to get their leg over. For the "Telekom" internet hotspot, a card needed to be purchased for each device (laptop, ipad, iphone), or it could be used on different devices but not at the same time. Air conditionning turned the room so cold even after trying to fix it. You are not told systematically that you can access internet with a link in your room without paying wifi.... Lacked storage space, e.g. drawers etc.. The view from our window could be inproved. Twin beds are not real twins, pushed up next each other and framed by furniture so really just a double bed. No hot drinks in the room. Stayed there on a Sunday. When I wanted to order roomservice after 9pm, they told me their kitchen is closed on Sunday evenings. Not acceptable in my opinion for a hotel such as this. Didn't see any notification of this fact on their menu card either. Very little. Hair dryer didn't work and nor did the wifi on the night I stayed but I'm sure this is fine now. Price was a bit high for me, but adequate. Couldnt falt anything. Each time I went to the reception desk it was unattended and delayed me. This fact alone let the hotel down. No Gym. No pool. No gym room, no shower cap available for guest!!!. Room was way too hot to sleep comfortably Only able to keep bags at hotel until 14:00 on day of departure. The room rate is on the expensive side. very expensive. No boiling machine. None. Location was a walk from everywhere. For the price, would expect a swimming pool (especially as it's a converted old swimming pool!) or a gym.
