  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). They clean our room every day and changed our linens. - The hotel is not actually so far from the center, normal walking in 20 min you are in the old town. we also found that is very close to the place where Oktoberfest fair and attractions are taking place - is good to book well in advance if you intend to come for this occasion.
