  Whilst the hotel is extremely dated (80's) it is clean and tidy. It's also spacious - both in the rooms and the public areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking. - Nice staff, very helpful - they set up a new table when they saw there was no free table for us for breakfast - and speaking English. The rooms are clean, some have a balcony even though it is not advertised, there are a few English channels on TV and the hotel is very close to the highway and to the center of Augsburg, with a giant free parking.

  服務親切 有效率 - I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It... 别人怎么说 » is not often that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.
