The room was big and very clean. Close to the train station and buses. Good restaurants around the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly Aida and Nacho were the best and very helpful. They helped us in everything we asked they went above and beyond. Breakfast was huge and delicious and the girls in the restaurant were very friendly and kept everything clean and beautiful. Germans are very rude but we felt very welcome in this hotel. They clean our room every day and changed our linens. .
所有评语 » The hotel is not actually so far from the center, normal walking in 20 min you are in the old town. we also found that is very close to the place where Oktoberfest fair and attractions are taking place - is good to book well in advance if you intend to come for this occasion. The breakfast very good, rich, a lot of juices, but not too many fruits. The internet costs 5 euro per day. The receptionists were all nice persons. Very good and tasty breakfast. Staff and service - excellent. Location is OK: close to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) and U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations - easy to get to the centre. Wonderful church near the hotel. Augustiner Beer House - 5 min walk - much more interesting and cheaper than in Hoffbrau House, but difficult to find places in the evening. this hotel is the biggest supprise in my journey. the price is acceptable but the room is the biggest one in all the hotels I booked. the room is big and clean, so is its bathroom. I like is very much. It makes me very happy. the reception is also very kind and helpful. Nice Room! Quiet! Pretty central, nighttram, everything. Right beside Oktoberfest. Nice rooms. All comfortable standard+ rooms with private balconies, but only half side of the hotel!!! Pretty nice hotel! The rooms are nice with or without balcony, no main road!. Room was big, clean with nice decoration. Location was good, but not in the old city centre, but it was close to tram station (3 stops to city centre) and near to train station. Breakfast very nice!. Our stay in the hotel took place during the Oktoberfest. The hotel was situated only about 200-300m from the main gates of the festival which was great. We had booked 2 person room but we got a 3 person room which was quite big and comfy. The room was clean and quite big. The breakfast was really good. Hotel is situated nearby the metro station approximately 5-10 mins walk. Good breakfast, clean room and hotel, good and friendly staff, fair pricing. I don't have nothing bad to say. It was not a 5 star hotel but we love it. The only thing I did not like is that you have to pay for wi fi. Other than that it would be perfect for us. The street just in front very busy and noisy, so it would be better to have a room in the back of the building. the hotel is a little far from train center by walk, it will take almost 10mins. Breakfast marmalade in public supermarket glasses!!! :( the entrance area and lobby could be better but <-. Staff not very friendly, especially one woman at the reception. Quite expensive. The bathroom was not cleaned very well: upon arrival we found some long dark hair in the bath. Internet 3€/our ???!!!! Silly. The wi-fi signal was very poor and kept switching off. A kettle would have been great. Said it was 3 mins walk from main station, but more like 10-15 walk,even with my long legs! But that was a minor quibble. a little too early to provide breakfast. Wish it started later. no wi-fi. Nothing. everything is good. 15 mins on foot from railway station(Hbf) to the hotel, a little old furniture. Our stay in the hotel took place during the Oktoberfest. So, the prices were like douple or triple for a night comparing to times outside the festival, but this seems to be a problem almost in all the hotels in Münich. There is some noise coming from the street if you are located in a low floor. Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout entire building making me feel sick.
