This hotel is in line with other Marriott Hotels chain i have stayed world wide. Very large rooms tastefully furnished & comfortable beds. The rooms were air conditioned. The Breakfast spread was wow. I specifically like the concept of 'The Market' , which is a good replacement to the minibar. Friendly & helpful staff. The staff were helpful showing me how to get around Munich. The hotel looks as if it was just built with that fresh home smell. I have a 3yr old son and he needs his own been even though the hotel has king sized beds, the extra cot was delivered very quickly.
所有评语 » Cleanliness, new installations and excellent value for the price! They had a problem with their credit card machine, so I had to fill up an authorization form. However, the invoice was sent to me by email within hours. The staff smiled and were polite and welcoming. They engaged customers in conversation which was friendling and engaging at both the front desk and the restaurant. The gym was clean and the rooms were also very nice. Easy to reach by S-bahn, and walking 10 mins to the station. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They were flexible: I was able to arrange a later checkout just by asking about it at the desk when I arrived. Well equipped and modern rooms/hotel. Clean, new. Although not very cheap, definately good value for money. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the area. Staff was very polite. Excellent choices of food for breakfast. Communication with staff.... Big rooms Good breakfast. Location, room was clean, meal for breakfast was ok. Good staff clean room. This hotel liked for business man that my opining. breakfast. Nothing to complain. It was never stated that I will be charged a pre authorization to my bank account. Breakfast was not included and actually quite expensive - I didn't even take a look at it to see if it was worth the price. The shower could have had a door to prevent the water gets everywhere. Windows don't open in the rooms. - expensive parking 20 EUR/day. From some reason central heating/cooling system was not working at all. Cold air was flowing into room without possibility to switch of or to change to heating. Hotel stuff told us that there is some major failure and very kindly give us additional blankets. However, hotel stuff polities help us very much to overcome situation. Very expensive parking 20€ per day. Chargeable internet in the room not for free. Parking fee Internet fee in room Price of breakfast. The hotel did not post the cost for pets. Upon arrival we were told our two dogs would cost us an additional 50 euro PER NIGHT. Staff was rather indifferent, poor smell in the corridor, Internet is not free in the room, drinking water is not included into the room rate. We ordered an extra bed for the kid, it was not prepared in advance, we had to ask for it. Breakfast hours are overcrowded, there was no place to sit in the restaurant and there were no clean plates. Parking fees expensive price not include breakfast. The hotel service is not met our needs during our staying as per family because ( no luggage carry from car to inside hotel or room that is very difficulty if you didn't have any one to help us etc. everything is miserable, I've been to many hotels around the world, but a hotel like this? I never saw! its totally the worst hotel I ever stay in.
