I am extremely positively impressed by the behavior of the entire staff who checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Furthermore, the Hotel General Manager Mr. Kayhan Kilit handling with my requests and complaint was extremely impressive and more than satifactory. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the spirit if the hotel facilities and friendly customers-centric attitude. That is why, my next Munich visit will be to this Location. I highly recommend this Hotel not just for its close proxim.
所有评语 » The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in the basement for 4 Euro each program. The location of the hotel is only five minutes walk to the Ostbanhof (East train station) which you can take the underground ( any line) to Marinplatz ( the main shopping and tourist area. It is away from the crowded areas .The staff are friendly and rooms are spacious and clean. It is recently opened so every thing is perfect. *Kitchen at all. *I booked for 12 nights and price reduced to %50. Suitable for longer visits. *Breakfast was satisfying. *Sound isolation was perfect. In front of the hotel, there was a overground train road. I was staying at floor-2, heard nothing. New convenient facilities, very good location (you can easily get to Marienplatz using S-bahn, subway or tram), and a great breakfast. Rooms are also very quiet, and there is large parking underneath. Staff was extremely helpful. Good location, close to Ostbahnhof and undergroung U and S stations. 10 minutes to the Marienplatz by public transport and 30 minutes by walk. Good breakfast buffet, big and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Nice apartment with small kitchen. Good beds. Central location near Ostbahnhof. Within 15 min. in City center. Breakfast in garden. Nice parking in basement. Good value for money. Quiet. We stayed at one of the comfort studios. The room was great. Very comfortable, clean and big. The location is nice. You can get the tram to go to the center in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the underground. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Very helping staff Excellent breakfast. the room was comfortable and big enough for my family with three kids. the breakfast was good and rich. The hotel was clean and had excellent wifi service. wash machine available. Stuff Rooms are clean. breakfast good. The breakfast is very good, with many options. But they didn´t make any changes in the menu for a week. I guess they always serve the same breakfast menu all over the year. Not really a problem, but you get tired of the food if you stay for more then a week. For Rooms facing the main road or train station, there is minor noise from trains going through the station. There is a glass wall between the shower and the room which is inconvenient, although the glass is not transparent but the bath light goes through and you can see the shade of the person taking shower. Pillows was smelling bad. Sheets were being changed as stated and they were clean; but since pillows were smelling bad, I used an extra sheet on pillows to sleep "smell-less". Dinery serves both Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn, and it gets extremely crowded during peak hour (you can hardly find a seat). Try to avoid peak hours. The hotel additionally blocks 30 Euro per each night staying without prior notification. So if you stay 3 nights at the hotel be ready that 90 Euro in your card is not available within 30 days since chech-in day. 20 euro for parking per day is expensive. Long stay public (employers) differ from other tourists e.g. hardly any greeting. It was unclear that you can directly park your car in the garage and enter the hotel very easy. There is hardly any place to stop in front of the hotel. The 20 Euro car park fee is expensive. parking fee 20 euro per night on top of room rate. Check-out speed. We didin't like the smell between the rooms and there was no wide balcony I prefer that cleaning the rooms should be done !! every day not only twice a week. facilities missing a swimming pool.parking expensive and WIFI was terrible in the rooms ,needs upgrading. Costly Parking Location was not good specially with road construction going on during my stay. nothing. there is no space for car parking in front of the hotel gate do do the booking and handling the luggage. no bady carry the luggage in the room. -if u stay more than 4 day they only clean two time the room in week..no more faselites in hotel. poor breakfast. Too expensive A bit away from the center. I had to terminate my stay for unexpected case. My mother was hospitalized in a critical condition.The Booking com transmitted my request to change my booking.The Risidence Inn reservation did not respect my request ,although there is no problem to find another gust for the remaining 8 days, because the hotel was fully booked.They insisted to charge 80% for the cancelled 8 days. This will not help to evaluate the hotel or advice friends or other gusts to book this hotel. wifi in the room bit weak.. probably because our room was at the end of the wing.. advertised pre-pay movies...never worked in 3 nites...and was always told it would be fixed...dryer for clothes...difficult to use...settings...paying 20 for parking.....
