Nice location, clean, comfortable room, yummy breakfast, helpful staff.
They close the door at night, so you should ask beforehand for a password to get inside, otherwise you might sleep outside. I wish I had a kettle in my room. The breakfast a bit too expanыive.
I just needed a cheap, moderatly comfortable and well located hotel for the last week before I moved in to my appartment. All of my needs were fulfilled:) Despite central location pretty quiet, many restaurants in walking distance, tram 25 to Max Webber platz behind the corner.
Expensive parking (15 EUR) and expensive breakfast (12 EUR) For both I used other solutions.

Very small room You had to step over the toilet to get into the shower That the breakfast was not included. You have to pay a whopping 12 euro per person. It says that the reception is open 24h, but when we came back from the center it was closed (~9 pm)
We chose this hotel because it was close to some of the sights we wanted to see.
Location in a quired street, anyhow in walking distance to city center for a brisk walk.
hand sink was cracked and wc board did not fit on the basin, in turn everything was very clean.
