  I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.   Friendly and helpful service. Got upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge which were nice. Strong Wi-Fi in that apartment. We had reserved a parking space which were in a closed yard. There were a friendly atmosphere at the time of our visit. - Quiet location but near public transport and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. Very well equipped and comfortable. The little kitchen even had teabags, fresh coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and cleaning materials, and the shower room had soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Just 5 minute walk from a 24hr supermarket, the u-bahn station is just as near and the local restaurants are up there - My boyfriend and I had an enjoyable stay in The Palacina. Felix is an excellent and kind host. Very friendly and supportive. We've felt very welcome and at home. Berlin is a wonderful city. But I've never stayed in the Schöneberg/Kreuzberg area before. It's a lovely and lively neighborhood, 24/7 super market nearby (which is closed on Sunday from 00:00 am on Saturday!) and U and S-bahn nearby. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and clean.
