The apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped - everything you would need for a few days city break. Fantastic location right outside the U-bahn so everything is very easy to get to, 24 hour supermarket very close by as well as kebab shops and other restaurants. Very friendly staff were waiting for us on arrival and allowed us to check in early, free wi-fi a massive bonus. Extremely good value - will definitely stay here again.
所有评语 » Very good choice to visit Berlin! Big, clean and warm - located perfectly near Nollendorfplatz metro station, close to a supermarket - very good quality/price ratio. If I come back to Berlin, for sure I will stay in these apartments. Very good apartments))close the metro station,so you can go to the centre very fast,near supermarket,where you can buy food and cooking it in apartments. Efficient staff. Clean apartment and close to what was advertised. Close to business and shopping districts, taxi stand, grocery. Free internet. Near the Kurfurstendam and near the metro to the Mitte/ Potsdamerplatz. The appartment is very clean and is therefore suitable for astmatic people. Clean, spacious, modern, very lovely. Close to grocery and restaurants. Washer in the apartment. Lovely balcony. The location was great. The size was great. Lot of towels, shop is very close. Wi-fi is only theory. The rooms are big and the apartment is well equipped. The area is great, near to the UBAN, good restaurant and café. Supermarket is near by. The position is great since close to the U2 and the area is full of restaurants and bars. The apartment is quite big and clean. - friendly staff - cleanliness of the apartment. The metro station is very close. The shopping district and the zoo is within 15 min walk. Rooms are modern and well equipped, close to metro station and supermarket. Nothing. Next to U-bahn....subway station with over ground approach if train. Could be noisy at times. Prostitutes across the street and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Parking was difficult. Wifi was a little bit patchy at times. A little smoking smell in the room. The kitchen and the bathroom is small and not maintained well. We were surprised to find out when we checked-in that there is an extra cost of EU20 for cleaning (this was not mentioned on booking). The apartment is very noisy when the windows are open. It was 35 C and no air conditioner so we had no alternative! There are no blinders. So at 5:30 am you are in the sun.... - dangerous street with prostitutes -unworkable Hair -malfunctioning water kettle - dirty entrance to the house. I have booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms and balcony, when we moved in there was only 1 bedroom and no balcony. The stuff could not explain how this could have happened. Awful. It is a gay district. If you are not tolerant, chose another one. It is very noisy in the appartment since the railway track is right outside. You can hardly hear another person talking when the windows are open. No air conditioner. The wi-fi connection is not stable. Was forced to leave earlier due to serious illness of my 1.5 years child. They charged me whole amount. They just ignored my the illness of my small kid! Shall someone die?? Seems that owner is just profit oriented. No ethical behaviour.
