  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities.   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. Hence I thought it might be a new hotel. Everything in the room worked as it should and the night was silent despite overlooking the main train line. Triple-glazing works! We knew there was no evenin - This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look into staying in one again.
