  The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable.
