The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (and bathrooms) were fantastic. The family room was ideal for a couple with 2 kids and the double room perfect for a couple.
所有评语 » During our stay, my husband became ill and required the services ofboth a doctor and a medical lab for tests. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.My husband and I like everything about this hotel, it is extremely smart, the staff are marvellous and the restaurant is excellent. We stayed there several years ago and were delighted to find it just as we remembered it, especially as we took friends with us on this occasion. Everything was perfect and we look forward to our next visit.. The hotel was clean with modern rooms and good facilities. The design ofthe hotel is contemporary. The hotel staff were extremely accomodatingas we were there for a surprise bithday gathering and helped us toocoordinate the logistics of the surprise within the hotel, wonderful!. Room was large with a beautiful view of the main square from twowindows; mini bar in room; lifts to carry luggage; lots of parking(indoors); centrally located; very friendly and helpful staff atthe front desk; excellent breakfast with lots of choice - wellworth the money. Trendy bar area. Excellent staff at reception - nothing was too muchtrouble. Extremely helpful. Advised on places to eat and drink. Bookedvisit to Champagne house. Large rooms and bathrooms; also, kept clean.Nice decor in bedrooms. Excellent value for money.I loved my room with a view. Air conditioning not very effective (but hey! this is France and the windows opened fully to cool the room). Breakfast over priced for limitted choice. Internet access was not free and very expensive to use.I was given a non-smoker room where a previous guest had not respected the smoking ban. No problem changing rooms however. My only criticism was the breakfast room was laid out a little in the style of "school dinners" but food was more than adequate. very difficult to find due to one way streets and huge amount of road works in city. Avoid the rooms on the street side - the street is very noisy during a hot summer night. After the first night, we asked for a room on the courtyard side which was really quiet. The change was made with a friendly smile.There was a woman at the front desk who would not honor the rate we sawonline and she made my husband and I purchase internet service in orderto make an online booking with the hotel's lobby computer. However, oncewe made the online booking with booking.com, there was a man at thefront desk who was extremely helpful and curtious. If I am ever in Reimsagain I will definately stay here. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and could be better managed by the hotel.Disappointed that the restaurant wasn't opened either Christmas eve or Christmas day. The price of a drink at the bar was excessive and put us off trying the restaurant. The value of the breakfast was however very good.Each parking space was small. In a three stars hotel, should be luggage help by default.The drinks from the bar were a bit pricy.
