Made to feel that you are welcome and not just another guest by Ed and Ineke from the moment that you arrive. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment which was far bigger than we expected. Bedroom large, kitchen enough facilities to be self catering if you wished. We were offered the option to eat with Ed and Ineke for evening meal but did not sample. Awoke in the morning to a view of the horses in the fields and birds singing. Chickens visited us every morning .

The staff and general atmosphere was amazing. The owners, Ed and Ineka were incredible hosts as were their friends, Vim and Ingrid. You felt as though you were staying as guests in their home. Nothing was too much trouble, even offering to pick us up from the airport and babysitting our children. They also kindly waived the fee when we had to cut short our stay at the last minute. Also very relaxed and sociable atmosphere. Dinner each night was fantastic and good value. Breakfast on the beauti.
A fantastic place to stay. Charming old chateau, great new swimming pool, friendly helpful owners, beautiful grounds and all with a comfortable informal atmosphere. The family-style delicious dinners at the huge table on the terrace were especially fun and we met a lot of interesting people. When I hurt my leg in an accident, the owners went above and beyond the call of duty to help out. We'll return for sure.
Perfect location for this beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the room beautifully decorated, the pool offered a great view over the valley and the breakfast delicious with croissants, home made fruit jams and cheese.
A real find, very quiet, evening meals are a great event with the hosts really making an effort, be prepared to enjoy socialising, something I don't usually do, will definately make a point of going again.
The large rooms and furnishings as well as the beautiful grounds and outside seating area. The owners were very friendly and the atmosphere very relaxing and chilled.

The room was not serviced during our stay but the owner showed us where to find fresh towels and loo rolls. A wider range of bread/cereals at breakfast (rye/brown bread/bran cereal for the health conscious) would have been nice.

We only stayed for two nights...
Only slight disappointment was the pool was covered early in the morning so I couldn't swim before breakfast.
