  We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. This is truly a 5 star B&B. Mike welcomed us with a glass of rose wine on the patio, and told us about places to eat and visit. Our room was spotlessly clean and bright, and had complimentary water, and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a communal breakfast table indoors, but also three individual t - A warm welcome from the host. The house is literally in the middle of a vineyard - just off the crossroads outside Monbazillac and easy-to-miss. There are 3 double rooms, all well-decorated and clean, each with en-suite. A very peaceful and comfortable house, and a comfy bed. A French breakfast is included in the price. This b&b is literally 5 minutes from Bergerac airport, so perfect as a final stopover.

  Well Pascal made it for us. He was such a nice guy and great company, not that he intruded at all. We learned more about French culture and social life from Pascal than any guide book. Laurence, his wife, is just lovely too but we saw more of Pascal so that is why we are raving about him. Their place is supurb. We had a huge apartment type room on... 别人怎么说 » the first floor. It was gorgeous in every way with the best linens and the best pillows of our whole trip. Bergerac is a great place and a great base - We stayed for one night here on our way home from a holiday at this charming b&b and wish it was for longer. The room was enormous and restored to a very high level, the bed especially comfortable and shower fantastic. The whole house was full of character, peaceful and very conveniently located for the city centre.
