This 19th-century chateau is set in a 25 hectare park, just 1 km from the centre of Faux. It is a 20-minute drive from Bergerac and also offers an on-site heated swimming pool, library and games room. Decorated in a traditional style, the rooms at Chateau le Tour provide views of the surrounding valley or the park. All rooms include a private bathroom and some feature antique furniture and a fireplace. A continental breakfast is provided every morning in the dining room or on the terrace. The hosts can also prepare evening meals upon request, which are made from regional produce. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the B&B and private parking is possible just outside the chateau. Other attractions in the local area include Golf du Château les Merles, 9 km from the property.

Made to feel that you are welcome and not just another guest by Ed and Ineke from the moment that you arrive. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment which was far bigger than we expected. Bedroom large, kitchen enough facilities to be self catering if you wished. We were offered the option to eat with Ed and Ineke for evening meal but did not sample. Awoke in the morning to a view of the horses in the fields and birds singing. Chickens visited us every morning .
