I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place.
