The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, efficient, genuinely helpful. The breakfast was not of my liking, as it was too greasy, with cold fries/chips, but a typical Egypian meal- not necessarily bad. But what this hotel extra special is the view. They met my request for the apartment i wanted, although price increased from those listed on letsbookhotel.com, because it was a different type. markable change since my last visit with regards to general maintenance of the apartment I normally stay in.

My room, actually more of a suite, was spacious, very clean and comfortable with a seprate bedroom - I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place.   I was lucky to be the first guest at the hotel one day before the official opening. Very friendly staff, great location within terminal 3 of the airport. Was great for my purpose (one day business in Cairo). Overall, very trendy , yet simple, furniture. I liked many fine touches they had inside the room. Certainly recommended.
