  View is superb, the reception staff and most of the restaurant + pool staff are simply great, food was amazing (El Gezira restaurant), very fast and attentive. Golf car was always available to move the elder around, very good and polite drivers. Breakfast was simply awsome, the herrings were a very good idea yummy. Staff are very professional and so helpful. Hotel is very clean in every spot. Food was delicious, fresh and has a lot of varieties. Entertainment was available over the weekend (Marwa & Ahmed) they were great and gave us enjoyment with foreign and Arabic songs. Definitely we wish we could go back again at the earliest chance with the whole family

Check-in was fairly easy except that they tried to charge me the normal room rate which I was quoted by letsbookhotel.com.   The staff were very friendly snd tried to make the stay worth as much as possible. The pools are huge and although the hotel was very crowded we enjoyed. Moreover, their menu prices are excellent compared to other 5-star hotels and the food quality is very goo - I enjoyed my stay in a villa with private pool, the idea of having a private is excellent, the pool is very good, reasonable in size with excellent maintaince. The villa included ground and first floor with 2 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms reception, dinning and kitchen. The is very well designed. I really enjoyed it so much. The hotel presented the breakfast in the villa in the morning which is really nice.
