The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, efficient, genuinely helpful. The breakfast was not of my liking, as it was too greasy, with cold fries/chips, but a typical Egypian meal- not necessarily bad. But what this hotel extra special is the view.   I can quite confidently say that I have travelled across the world. I am yet to come a cross a hotel this good. In my travels I stayed in 5* hotels as well as youth hostel and anywhere in between. I loved every aspect of my stay in star plaza.   It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I would stay there - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.
