  I thought the hotel was great. Staff, especially Joey at concierge desk were wonderful. I would rate the hotel an 9.5 on a scale of 10. The only negative was the lounge chairs, and lack of them. We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied.
