  The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an incredible convenient location: you could walk to people's square and the bund in ten mins, the yuyuan garden in three mins. The hotel staff are the most friendly staff I ever met in shanghai hotel service in this price range .   I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. The location can't be any better - everything walking distance or short inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by walking. I will be back !!

Breakfast was also wonderful there. In fact one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

  Nice hotel with good rooms and good beds. Very good to stay at if you are planning to fly the next morning. The free shutte bus will just take 5 minutes to the airport.
